Order Fulfillment:
Your order will ship within 24-48 hours via FedEx Ground unless other shipping options are requested by you.
Returns and Exchanges:
Your satisfaction is important to us. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with our product you may return it to us within 30 days from the date of your invoice. Items must be returned in the same condition as they were received (original package and unwashed) or a 20% restocking fee will be applied. Please call for a return number authorization (RN#) before shipping to us. Please do not send your product to us without speaking to one of our associates first, as this may cause delay with your refund.
Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items:
If your order has arrived damaged, missing, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Please note all shipping fees are only for shipping within the United States (Please note a fee of $15.00 will be added to all orders going to Hawaii or Alaska).
